摘要(Abstract)：

目的 探究布地奈德雾化吸入联合静脉注射人免疫球蛋白对儿童感染性肺炎的临床疗效及对炎症标志物的影响。方法 采用前瞻性随机对照研究，将80例感染性肺炎患儿随机分为联合治疗组和对照组，每组40例。联合治疗组给予布地奈德雾化吸入、人免疫球蛋白静脉注射及常规抗感染治疗，对照组仅给予常规抗感染治疗。观察2组的症状缓解时间、住院时间、炎症标志物[C-反应蛋白（C-reactive protein,CRP）、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、降钙素原（procalcitonin,PCT）]水平及肺功能指标[血氧饱和度（saturation of pulse oxygen,SpO_2）、潮气量、肺活量]。结果 联合治疗组的咳嗽、发热、呼吸困难缓解时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组（P<0.01）。治疗3、7 d后，联合治疗组的CRP、IL-6和PCT水平均显著低于对照组，联合治疗组的SpO_2、潮气量和肺活量均显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 布地奈德雾化吸入联合静脉注射人免疫球蛋白治疗儿童感染性肺炎在缓解患儿症状、改善炎症标志物及促进肺功能恢复方面具有显著的临床效果。
