摘要(Abstract)：

目的 构建并评估专病护理模式对前列腺癌患者口服靶向药物治疗的全程规范化管理模式在临床中的应用成效。方法 选取2021年7月1日至2024年12月31日于洛阳市中心医院泌尿外科确诊为前列腺癌并进行口服靶向药物（奥拉帕利）治疗的128例患者作为研究对象。依据随机数字表法分为对照组（n=64）和试验组（n=64）。对照组采用常规护理，试验组在对照组治疗的基础上实施专病护理模式。比较2组用药依从性、不良反应发生率、生活质量及自我管理能力、心理社会改善等指标。结果 试验组患者的用药依从率显著高于对照组（92.2%vs. 73.4%, P<0.01）;贫血（15.6%vs. 28.1%）及高血压（12.5%vs.23.4%）发生率显著降低（P<0.05）;生活质量总分提高27.3分（P<0.001），自我护理能力评分提升38.6%(P<0.001)。此外，患者的治疗中断率也明显减低。结论 专病护理模式可优化前列腺癌靶向药物治疗的管理效能，在恶性肿瘤精准医疗时代，可以显著提升治疗安全性和患者的生存质量，是有效的护理策略。
